I'm Margot Freitag

I'm a Functional Nutritionist, Lifestyle Practitioner and Personal Trainer specializing in women’s weight loss, fitness and remedial exercise in medical treatment. I'm a mindset coach and I facilitate leadership and personal development training (often along with my horses!) In my early career, I was a Massage Therapist specializing in soft tissue and joint rehabilitation. 

Following my own health recovery (reversing a life-long battle with asthma, and a disordered relationship with food)  and through my career, I've helped 1,000’s of women, world-wide achieve permanent weight loss, hormonal balance and vibrant health.  My programs and coaching are rooted in personal leadership and behavioural change, with a “Blue Zones” plant-centered approach to nutrition, and  fitness that feels good & creates results.
